question regarding pb

i have a question when pb tells you loosing key packets (when it pops up at bottom of screen telling me it kicked someone) is that their key packets not being found or what? i believe its sorta like a login thing ,you have to have a password,you have to have a keycode non hacking type thing but im not %100 sure
