Inner-Clan notions

Where do you think this clan is headed? Are we aiming for a more serious, professional clan? Or do you think we're trying to hit it up for some fun? This isn't exactly decided, for we could be both, but our clan is run by the drive of our members, no matter what authority says. if i may voice my opinion it seems like #sG. is very much a little of both! momo does a great job of taking things seriously and then when were havin fun and jokin around he does the same and i think thats what every clan should be like #sG. shows so much love for each member and then if a members screws up and shows there not fit for #sG. you guys kick them and are very nice about it saying good luck and other stuff. so in my eyes sniper gen is a very organized,funny,loving, and serious clan that i will hopefully be apart of someday!!!!!

I voted for more serious and professional clan because i think we are too comfortable with the current progress. So I think that we should try something new and more challenging. I think we can be a professional clan if we really worked together to it.

But all depends on all of you. This is just an overview..

It doesn't depend on me. Like I said, the members run the clan, not the authority. If authority truly controlled our progress then we're not a clan.

A little Background history:

So me,apple,mud - started a fun Clan called "s3", This is for Fun we didn't intended to make Forums/servers- we were only 3 players
so that is why we named name "s3". Then Smk Offered me to make forums, so we can be united as one, and we can catch up on other member's activities.
Soon that "s3" was turned into #sG. "Snipe Generation".

Past few days

There was a Removal of some members all un-active/immature/rule breakers were removed from the clan.
we were 22 members now we are 16
(The less we are, the better) We go after quality, not quantity


Present status:

Since i control all the aspect of this clan, Right now i think our clan has become much more better/stable then ever been
All is organized - Ever rank with their individual rank and their hangout. The system of TNO,|RCT,ICC,ROSTER all are functioning correctly and are into order.
whether to choose "serious clan" "fun clan/laid back clan"
(i urge ever member to take this clan serious, we are not here for fun. We are here to built our skills and learn from our mistakes.)

We have a System, We should Follow the #sG. Order. [this should not be mocked and should be taken seriously ]

All the things happen in DMN, NxS , {iS} i have learned from my mistakes in the past and i am here to make a change for all of us.

Future prediction

Future predictions are we become more stable, increase our skill set and become one of the best Sniper Clan in the Cod " Call of duty " History.
When Cod7"Call of duty: Black ops" comes out #sG. will be hosting servers for cod4 and cod7. Mainly to do with snipers but will also increase our skills in all weapons & overcome any problems we face.
-Recruiting of good/skilled players
-Change in the site[layout]
-Change in the way we control adminship
-Change of our Motto's

i take this clan very Serious. & urge people to take this clan Serious. And if they think that they are here for fun, They are surely mistaken.
if this clan does not fit the players need, he can leave anytime. we will leave the player in peace.

A Clan is run by the priorities of its members. Every player within the clan, as I have said in the past, is the symbol, the face, and the voice. However, the leader does have extensive power over the direction because he can remove the distinguished voice that does not agree with the leader's path. In other words, the leader can want a very serious, professional clan, but what if the members are hyperactive and weird? You'd have to kick or convert them to get back on the right track. At this point it seems that Option #1 is the most popular among us. I voted for this myself and it's good to see that most of us share the same goal.

I wish I did. He had a very unique case where a person is unable to change or can but is too stubborn to display it.

well voting for one is good cuz then when people are messing about mite some times make the clan look crap but if you take it all serious then people be like wow there such a good clan and they reaspect every1 which this clan is doing so i think this clan will last for ages so momo,apple,mud well the whole clan keep up the good work
