More Ranks?

this is just a suggestion and im not trying to do our wonderful "Founders" job but i was wondering since theres so little ranks wouldnt it help the mods and founders if we had more? for example {iS} had alot of ranks server managers, rcon admins,recruiters, senior admin, junior admin,artits, and probably more and sG. has for example very few artists,mods,admins,and founders,oh yeah haha cant forget about Financial Managers aka Donaters. but shouldnt we have rcon admins and/or server managers i find it quite unnecessary to have a bunch of "Mods" no offence to the ones already "Mods". plus when Sniper Generation gets bigger (and holy shit it will) people are gonna wanna have a rank and we would need to have something for them to tryout for other than a "Mod" and god knows we wouldnt think twice about denying someone "Admin" because it takes a bunch of skills to be an admin witch they would have to learn for it by being a smaller rank and building them selves up and if we didnt get more ranks they would eventually get bored and probably not be active as much so remember this is just a suggestion of me trying to make us better than we already are! so please think about this idea and give me your "true" opinions even if there against the idea!

I think it's a really good idea! For the amount of members we have now maybe 1 more mod would be fine but the problem with iS having so much Rcon ranks is they were not well educated about there ranks and were hat banningpeople with the blink of an eye. No proof no nothin just bans! I def agree with the recruiter rank and others non Rcon unless we get bigger or keep it really organized. But mire ranks for the members keeps them active and happy. We do have Manu Mod on some servers so there not a need for alot of Mods/Admins.

just my opinion i dont think this is a good idea. i agree we dont have alot of ranks but there is a point where we have too many ranks. for instance how iS had all those ranks it started arguements over what order the maps would be (too many people had rcon) then we had the people that got pissed at other members and gave rcon out to other people that werent even members

all in all there is pros and cons of having more ranks i think we should stick with the ranks we have now

yes you have a great point there sir bunny but we dont need as many ranks as {iS} and rcon is a great honor to have i'm just saying there arnt mods or founders on all the time and it would be very helpful if we had a few more people with it so we could ask them when theres a knifer on or something because theres been alot of times like that on sG. #2 IM NOT SAYING GIVE ME RCON im saying if there were more ranks it would give the mods founders and (when we get) admins a little free time without 10 people screaming (theres a knifer in here please fix the problem) or something to that effect.

And There is Gonna be some changes made with promotion system

i had a little different plan about ranks though,


ok So these are the Existing ranks



Founder = F
Admin = A
Mod = M
Super Delegate = SD
Delegate = D
Artist = At
#sG. Rct = Rct





New ranks will be Delegate and Super Delegate, So here its whats gonna happen with powers.


Delegate = You will be automatically promoted when you are in the clan for 2 months. This will be your ticket to get in Super Delegate
Q. What powers am i gonna get?
A. Delegate will only get power to Only=kick on MAM servers , which are sG3,sG2,sG1

Warning*- if you don't perform well and we get allot of complains you will be ranked down and will be given a chance after 2 month, your period when you joined the clan will be restarted to 0. so you have to wait to get ranked up


Super Delegate = You will be promoted from Delegate to super delegate after 2 months
Q. What powers am i gonna get when in Super Delegate
A.Super Delegate will get powers kick,tempban,setnextmap,changemap[heaps more] with manu mod.

Warning* One negative feedback will send you back to being a delegate and you period of 2 months will be restarted.


AFTER THEY HAVE PASSED THE DELEGATE AND SUPER DELEGATE PERIOD, AND WE HAVE NO COMPLAINS WHAT SO EVER. THE PERSON CAN APPLY FOR MOD RANK.

hmm i like mudz junior mod and i like momo's delegate............ is there someway we could combine the 2 ideas and come up with stuff. i like momo's month idea and how the "demotion" warnings work to hmmm very tough decision.

If you combine them it would make no sense cuz Junior Mod and Delegate are same thing.

actually there not "Delegate" is where you wait 2 months and get to only kick ppl with manu mod. and "Junior Mod" is were you get Forums privileges and i think alot more manumod rights not sure tho

Oh sry i meant Super Delegate...They are about the same. And combining them with 3 new ranks would make it 9 ranks (including the |Rct rank) and thats too much i think.

Instead of doing the 2 month Delegate thing, we should promote them to delegate when we deem worthy. There's the risk of them being somewhat inactive over a course of 2 months and they become a delegate anyway.
