Team color change

How do you change the colors of the teams via console?

If ur talking about the OpFor being brownish and Mariens (spelling :/) Blue that has to do with CoD4 not servers. To my knowedge it can not be changed, I guess unless it a nodded server I think. But it's not that big of a deal, no1 plays much attention to it
