Five things:
1. The "Who Banned You" section is not required.
2. All posts not made in the correct format will be deleted.
3. The title of your appeal should include your exact player name.
4. If your appeal is approved, (APPROVED) will be placed at the end of the topic title and you, the player, will be placed on probation.
5. If your appeal is denied, (DENIED) will be placed at the end of the topic title and you, the player, will not be allowed to make another appeal and your ban will be un-fixable.
