In the probation section, put players who have been recently unbanned and place a thread here in this format:

Date Ban Was Lifted:
Date Probation Will Be Lifted:(3 Months from when ban was lifted.)
Five Things:
1. All posts of this matter should be locked unless under special conditions.
2. The title of the thread should say the players exact name.
3. The terms of probations are that the player may not break any significant rules, if the terms of probation are broken, the player in question will be banned again and the ban may not be lifted again.
4. If the probation date has been reached without incident, then the probation period will be over and at the end of the title of the topic, (APPROVED) must be placed.
5. If probation is broken, (DENIED) must be placed at the end of the topic title and that player must be banned permanently and may not place another appeal to be unbanned.
