Well for me it is ok i would unbann him he is a nice guy.... but anywayz i think we should but if it is an personal thing then i idk

First i would check the record, and see the conversation, from there i would then contemplate about unbanning him or keep him banned, hope this helps for the Admins/Founders.

Also if needed, take action, talk to Stealth about the conversation if necessary.

im going to talk to both of them and see what happened and see if i can do anything to help

Done some looking into it. You have been banned too many times to be unbanned again. (only allowed to be unbanned once you exceded it) This application is DENIED
